Averill Hall is one of Colby's first-year corridor residence halls, centrally located near Miller Library on Mayflower Hill. Colby's Mayflower Hill campus is one of the most beautifully planned college campuses in New England — a deliberate mid-century masterplan of Georgian brick buildings surrounded by 714 acres of woods and fields.
