North Lake Village is one of FGCU's premier residential communities, situated along one of the scenic lakes that define the Florida Gulf Coast University campus. This suite-style complex offers semi-private bathrooms within furnished suite clusters and is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Southwest Florida environment. North Lake Village houses primarily first-year students and is home to several living-learning communities, including the sustainability-focused Eagle Eco LLC that reflects the university's core environmental mission.
