West Lake Village is an apartment-style off-campus housing community managed by FGCU, located approximately two miles north of the main campus near Gulf Coast Town Center. Available to upper-class students only, the complex offers 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom single-occupancy furnished units with in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen appliances, and access to a pool, fitness center, and outdoor recreation areas. Residents sign an 11.5-month lease and are served by a university shuttle to main campus.
