University Commons South is a co-ed five-story residence hall in the University Commons complex that opened in 2015. The building houses approximately 320 residents across gender-designated wings, with community bathrooms serving small clusters of 6–8 rooms — each divided into private stalls. University Commons South features elevator access, in-building laundry, and modern community spaces.
