About Winch

Winch is one of the eight residence halls of Reed College's historic Old Dorm Block, a Tudor-style building constructed in 1912 and remodeled in 1992. Renamed in 1935 in honor of Martin Winch, nephew of Reed College's founders the Reeds. Traditional corridor-style rooms with communal bathrooms; many rooms feature fireplaces, balconies, or window seats.

Winch has no air conditioning. Students here often pick up:
