Stimson Hall is part of the Eleanor Roosevelt Community (Roosevelt Quad), affiliated with the Undergraduate College of Global Studies. It is a classic corridor-style first-year hall with doubles and triples arranged along shared hallways, with communal bathrooms serving about 36 residents per floor. There is no air conditioning. Stimson offers a 24-Hour Quiet floor option for students who want a quieter living environment. The Roosevelt Community's common space, the Alan S. deVries Center, opened in 2010 and provides lounges, study areas, and community programming space.
