About Chase Residence Hall

Chase Residence Hall is part of UNC's South Campus Avery/Chase/Kenan residential cluster. Named for Harry Woodburn Chase, UNC President (1919–1930) who presided over significant growth of the university. Traditional corridor-style double rooms with communal bathrooms, no air conditioning. Chase is a medium-sized hall integrated into the South Campus community, sharing programming and dining facilities with Avery and Kenan halls.
