Giblin-Kelly Hall is one of the University of Scranton's first-year corridor residence halls. All rooms are furnished double-occupancy with Twin XL beds, desks, dressers, and wardrobes or built-in closets. Bathrooms are shared communal facilities on each floor. The building has no central air conditioning (fans are permitted). Residents enjoy free high-efficiency laundry, lounge areas with TVs, wireless internet throughout, and light housekeeping. First-year students are assigned to these halls as part of the university's required freshman residency. Formerly known as Hannan Hall (built 1960), the building was renamed Giblin-Kelly Hall in 2019 after two alumnae. It houses approximately 74 students and is home to first-year Living-Learning Communities (LLCs), giving themed academic cohorts a shared residential environment.
