About Condron Hall

Condron Hall is the largest of the University of Scranton's three sophomore quad-suite buildings, housing approximately 392 students across six floors. Each quad suite connects two double rooms (each about 11.5' × 19') via a shared semi-private bathroom. Condron is fully air-conditioned, providing a major upgrade from freshman corridor life. Amenities include free high-efficiency laundry, cable and internet, floor lounges, and light housekeeping. Rising sophomores are required to live on campus and select from Condron, Gavigan, or Redington Hall.
