Jewett House

About Jewett House

Jewett House is a corridor-style residence housing approximately 100–120 students, with communal all-gender bathrooms on each floor. Jewett is home to the International Student Living-Learning Community (LLC), which creates a residential environment oriented around cross-cultural exchange and global perspectives. Students participating in the LLC share programming, events, and ongoing conversations that make the community particularly well-suited to international students and domestic students with strong interests in global affairs, languages, or area studies. The LLC designation does not restrict the building to international students only; the broader Jewett community is open to all Vassar students through the house draw. No central AC, standard for Vassar's older buildings.
