Buchanan Residence Hall opened in 1959 and is one of WCU's classic upper-campus traditional halls. The 4-floor hall houses 198 students in double-occupancy rooms and has no elevator. Community bathrooms are shared on each floor (1 per hall / 2 per floor). The hall is not air-conditioned. A kitchen and study lounge are available to residents. Buchanan is open to students of all class years.
