The Living and Learning Commons is housed in a converted hotel building on Delaware State's Downtown Campus in Dover, accommodating approximately 265 upperclassmen across six residential floors. The former hotel-room layout provides semi-private bathrooms (approximately 2 residents per bath). Air conditioning is provided. Amenities include laundry, a fitness center, study lounges on each floor, elevator access, and a 24-hour front desk. A DSU shuttle runs every 20 minutes to the main campus. Not ADA accessible.
