Tubman-Laws Hall, opened in 2019, is the largest and newest residence hall at Delaware State University, housing approximately 620 students across five residential floors in a 200,000-square-foot building. Suite-style and semi-suite rooms share bathrooms between approximately 2 residents per bath. Air conditioning is provided throughout. The building features a Dunkin' Donuts and café on premises, game room, multiple study lounges, and ADA-accessible design throughout. Located on the main campus.
