Malmberg Hall is located on Delaware State's Downtown Campus, housing approximately 173 upperclass students across two residential floors (of three total). Traditional-style rooms have semi-private bathrooms (approximately 2 residents per bath). Air conditioning and microwaves in rooms are provided. The building has a full kitchen, study lounge, laundry, and ADA-accessible facilities. The DSU shuttle connects Downtown Campus to the main campus every 20 minutes.
