Warren-Franklin Hall, built in 1992 and dedicated in 1996, is a suite-style complex on the main campus comprising East and West wings housing approximately 328 students total (East Wing ~193, West Wing ~135) across three residential floors each. Suite-style double rooms share bathrooms among approximately 6 residents per bath. Both wings have air conditioning, community kitchens, laundry, main lounges, study lounges, and cable TV. ADA accessible. Named for Warren and Franklin, two figures in DSU history.
