University Village is a large off-campus apartment community on 25 acres near the DSU main campus, housing approximately 582 students across three four-story buildings totaling 300 units. Available to upperclass students with 30+ credits, units range from 1BR/1BA to 2BR/2BA to 4BR/2BA configurations, some with kitchenettes. All units are fully furnished (XL twin or full-size beds), with floor laundry, study lounges, ADA-accessible units, and campus access via shuttle or walking.
