University Courtyard is a 13-acre off-campus apartment community within walking distance of the DSU main campus, offering 416 beds across 144 units in seven three-story buildings. Two-bedroom and 4-bedroom furnished units include full kitchens (refrigerator with ice maker, large microwave, garbage disposal), private bathrooms, and in-unit washer/dryer connections. Community amenities include a fitness center, sports courts, computer lab, and private study areas. Basic cable, local phone, and utilities are included. Available to upperclass students.
