About Brumbaugh Hall

Brumbaugh Hall is one of 16 East Halls residence halls at Penn State, named for Martin Grove Brumbaugh, 28th Governor of Pennsylvania and the only sitting governor in U.S. history to have previously been a public school superintendent. Traditional corridor-style first-year housing with communal floor bathrooms, no air conditioning. Part of the large East Halls cluster east of the main academic buildings.
