Martin Hall is one of Penn State's 16 East Halls residence halls, named for Edward Martin, 37th Governor of Pennsylvania and U.S. Senator. Traditional corridor-style first-year housing with communal floor bathrooms, no air conditioning. One of the 16 East Halls buildings connected by covered walkways and sharing the East Halls dining and community spaces.
