The Chapin Apartments are a 12-building complex exclusively serving Health Sciences graduate and professional students, including medical, dental, and allied health students, as well as students with families. Located near the University Hospital and Health Sciences complex, Chapin offers 1-bedroom units for couples, 2-bedroom units for two students, 3-bedroom units for up to six Health Sciences students, and 4-bedroom units for four students. All units include full kitchens and private bathrooms. Chapin is the only on-campus complex that accommodates graduate students with children.
