The Crescent Street Townhouses are Trinity's newest and most modern residential option, offering fully equipped apartment-style living with central air conditioning — making them one of the few Trinity residential buildings with AC. Each townhouse unit has a private kitchen, private bathroom, and a living area shared by 2–4 students. The townhouse format provides the most apartment-like living experience on the Trinity campus, popular with juniors and seniors who want independence while remaining on campus. The Crescent Street location is at the edge of the main campus, with a slightly more neighborhood feel than the historic Long Walk halls. In-building laundry serves residents within each unit grouping.
