Henderson House is a smaller North Campus residence at the University of Michigan, offering a close-knit residential community for students whose coursework is centered in the College of Engineering, School of Music, Theatre and Dance, and Stamps School of Art and Design. Like other North Campus dorms, Henderson House residents have access to the free Bursley-Baits bus service to Central Campus. The bathrooms are communal and the building has no central air conditioning. Henderson House's smaller size makes it feel more like a house than a conventional dorm, which appeals to students looking for a tighter community within the larger university.
