About Everett Residence Hall

Everett Residence Hall is one of UNC's older North Campus corridor halls, built in 1928. Named for Robinson Everett, a prominent Durham attorney and North Carolina politician. Traditional corridor-style rooms with communal floor bathrooms, no air conditioning. Located on historic North Campus, Everett is convenient to the Wilson Library and the original campus buildings dating to UNC's founding in 1795. Houses approximately 95 students, primarily upperclassmen.
