Koury Residence Hall is one of UNC's South Campus suite-style halls, opened in 2002 with four-person suites sharing semi-private bathrooms and air conditioning. Part of the modern South Campus residential development alongside Hardin and Horton Halls. Named for a significant UNC donor. Located near the main South Campus dining and recreational facilities. A popular choice for first-year students in the housing lottery who prioritize AC and suite-style privacy.
