Brevard Hall is a 9-story suite-style residence hall primarily serving upper-class students, with capacity for approximately 470 residents. Centrally located adjacent to Vaughn Center and Austin Hall, Brevard is a social hub for returning students. The building features a game room, study room, community kitchen, vending machines, and free laundry on each floor. Suite-style rooms share bathrooms between suites. Brevard Hall occasionally absorbs first-year overflow during high-enrollment years, so the community is a mix of class years. Its central location makes it one of the most convenient upper-class options on campus.
