Howard and Patricia Jenkins Hall is an 11-story LEED Gold-certified upper-class suite hall housing 520+ students — one of the most premium residential options on campus. Designed by KWJ Architects and The Beck Group, the building was built with sustainability at its core: rooftop solar panels, daylight-optimized living spaces, and energy-efficient systems throughout. Most units are 4-bedroom suites — four single bedrooms surrounding a large shared living room with two full bathrooms (2 bathrooms for 4 residents). The 10th floor features two spectacular 8-person townhouse-style loft suites with outstanding views. The 11th floor has two expansive multipurpose community rooms with sweeping views of Tampa Bay. Multiple lounge and study spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows are spread throughout the building. Jenkins Hall is consistently regarded as one of the best upper-class dorms at UT.
