Grand Center is the University of Tampa's newest and largest residence hall, opened in fall 2024 and housing approximately 691 students across five upper residential floors (floors 6–10). The 10-story multipurpose building is a landmark addition to campus, designed with holistic student development in mind. Lower floors house a full Starbucks Reserve location with indoor and patio seating, five active learning classrooms, faculty and student services offices, and Sky Park — a green rooftop space. Residential amenities include bike storage with a repair station and showers, private study nooks, and communal lounges. Rooms are double and triple occupancy with suite-style bathrooms. One floor is designated for upper-class students; all others are first-year. Grand Center is the first stop on the campus loop shuttle and is widely regarded as one of the most desirable first-year placements due to its modern finishes and central location.
