Queen Anne's House is a traditional co-educational first-year residence hall at Washington College, with a community bathroom on each floor and a lounge across from the bathrooms on every level. The building contains 33 rooms — 7 singles and 26 doubles — with single rooms averaging 12 × 12 feet and doubles 12 × 18 feet. Tile flooring runs throughout hallways, lounges, and bedrooms. In-building laundry is included in room costs and hotel-style heating and cooling units are provided in each room. Queen Anne's House is adjacent to Caroline House and the Health and Counseling Center, giving first-year residents convenient access to student support services. The building does not have an elevator and is not accessible for mobility-impaired students.
