About Asilomar Hall

Asilomar Hall is one of eight traditional corridor-style first-year residence halls at CSU Monterey Bay's main campus, named after the iconic Asilomar State Beach and Conference Grounds on the Monterey Peninsula. The three-story hall houses primarily first-year students in standard double rooms with in-suite shared bathrooms. Like all CSUMB first-year halls, Asilomar does not have air conditioning — the Monterey Bay coastal climate keeps temperatures mild year-round. A meal plan is required.
