Willet Hall is a traditional corridor-style first-year residence hall at CSU Monterey Bay, named after the willet shorebird found along California's coast. The three-story hall houses incoming freshmen in standard double rooms with in-suite shared bathrooms. Like all CSUMB's first-year halls, Willet relies on the campus's temperate coastal climate and does not have air conditioning.
