Gooding Hall is a small traditional corridor-style residence hall on Delaware State's Downtown Campus, housing approximately 63 students across three floors in double-occupancy rooms with communal floor bathrooms (approximately 20–22 residents per bathroom). Air conditioning is provided. Amenities include a study lounge and laundry. Available to both first-year and upperclass students. The DSU shuttle connects to the main campus every 20 minutes. Not ADA accessible.
