About Pinchot Hall

Pinchot Hall is one of Penn State's 16 East Halls residence halls, named for Gifford Pinchot — who served as both the 28th and 31st Governor of Pennsylvania and was America's first professionally trained forester and founding chief of the U.S. Forest Service. Traditional corridor-style first-year housing with communal floor bathrooms, no air conditioning.
