About Dreiser Hall

Dreiser Hall is a suite-style first-year residence hall in Tabler Quad, affiliated with the Undergraduate College of Arts, Culture, and Humanities (ACH). Six-person suites have three double bedrooms sharing a common space and bathroom, with no air conditioning. Dreiser is one of Stony Brook's quietest and most substance-free residential options — it hosts both a 24-Hour Quiet floor and a Substance Free floor. The Tabler Center next door offers arts and cultural programming, a 250-seat theater, music practice rooms, and more.
