West Quadrangle is one of the University of Michigan's large traditional residence halls, a Georgian Revival complex on Thompson Street on the west side of Central Campus. Corridor-style double rooms with communal floor bathrooms, no air conditioning. West Quad houses approximately 700 students and is home to the Communication Studies and Comprehensive Studies Program living-learning communities. The building's architecture, with a central courtyard, gives it a distinct collegiate feel. West Quad is convenient to the Law School, the Michigan Union, and central campus dining.
