Vaughn Center is one of the most sought-after first-year placements at UT — and it's easy to see why. This 9-story multipurpose building serves as the hub of campus life: floors 1–2 house the Campus Bookstore, the Ultimate Dining all-you-care-to-eat hall, Chick-fil-A, La Havana, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Fresh Creations, The Grill (open until 11 PM), the Spartan Club game room, and various university offices including Housing & Residence Life. Floors 3–8 are residential, housing 550+ students in double and triple suite-style rooms. Floor 9 is a conference center with panoramic views of the campus, Hillsborough River, and downtown Tampa skyline. Proximity card elevator access.
